Our Foundation

The origins of this enterprise trace back to 1980, grounded in education, instruction, and the structured transfer of practical knowledge, led by my father. This foundation shaped a long-standing focus on competence, responsibility, and continuity.

Since 1997, I have been actively involved in the company, contributing to its operations and strategic development. In the years that followed, I formally took over the organization, assuming full responsibility for its direction and long-term evolution. Building on the established foundation, I guided its disciplined modernization and the development of a renewed corporate identity.

In 2025, KNG Growth Solutions reaffirmed its origin from this foundation with a clear, forward-looking vision designed to support sustainable value creation for the next generations. Today, the company is led by me as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), together with my wife as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), ensuring strategic continuity, operational alignment, and long-term stewardship.

Our Leadership

Gadija Lasgaa – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Commercial leadership and external representation at KNG Growth Solutions are led by Gadija Lasgaa, Chief Commercial Officer.

With professional experience as a contractor within international multinational organizations such as Janssen Pharmaceutica and Johnson & Johnson, as well as other global, compliance-driven enterprises, she brings first-hand insight into highly regulated, high-responsibility environments.

In her role, she oversees commercial strategy, institutional relationships, and external alignment, serving as the primary representative of the organization.

Kenneth van den Berk – Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Kenneth van den Berk serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 25 years of professional experience in education, instruction, and organizational development.

As the strategic architect of the organization, he is responsible for its structural framework, governance principles, and long-term continuity, ensuring stability, coherence, and disciplined evolution.

The leadership model is intentionally structured. External engagement, commercial advancement, and visibility are driven through dedicated commercial leadership, while the organization’s core architecture and long-term integrity are maintained through executive stewardship.

This balance enables KNG Growth Solutions to operate with clarity, credibility, and sustainable growth.
